I don't know how they pick you or not?? but I do know I check their sight often. Check your emails and respond to them. I check and enter whenever it says on their site accepting applications. You'll see the buzz when they come avail. because everyone starts posting when they are. They also email you when avail. I chk myself and see if accepting (look carefully it's easy to miss sometimes. When you do get an email the key is to respond asap. They only have so many they are allowing. If you are the first whatever than you have a chance. Once done they'll let you know. Hope this helps.
