PRIZES:
Grand Prize for the 10/29/10 drawing (1): Two (2) tickets to Game 4 of the Professional Baseball Championship Series scheduled to take place in Arlington, Texas on 10/31/10, limousine transportation for winner and guest from winner’s residence to the game (only if winner resides within thirty (30) miles of the stadium), and a $1,000 World Market Gift Card. If winner resides more than thirty (30) miles from the stadium a check for $100 will be awarded which can be used to assist with transportation to/from the game. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,800.

Grand Prize for the 11/2/10 drawing (1): Two (2) tickets to Game 6 of the Professional Baseball Championship Series scheduled to take place in San Francisco, California on 11/4/10, limousine transportation for winner and guest from winner’s residence to the game (only if winner resides within thirty (30) miles of the stadium), and a $1,000 World Market Gift Card. If winner resides more than thirty (30) miles from the stadium a check for $100 will be awarded which can be used to assist with transportation to/from the game. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,800. If Game 6 is not played, winner will not be provided with an alternate baseball prize. Winner to receive a $1,000 World Market Gift Card only.

HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION: During the Promotion Period, visit cpwmbaseball.com and follow the provided instructions to complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person per valid email address per day. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated daily limitation will be void. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on 10/28/10 to be eligible for the first Grand Prize drawing, or received by 11/1/10 to be eligible for the second Grand Prize drawing. Nonwinning entries from the first Grand Prize drawing will “roll over” into the second Grand Prize drawing. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to participate will be deemed to be the entrant provided he/she is eligible per these Official Rules. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

TIMING: The Promotion begins on 10/27/10 at 2 pm CT and ends on 11/1/10 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion will contain two (2) Grand Prize drawings.

ELIGIBILITY: Baseball’s Big Game Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of California and Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside California and Texas and where prohibited. Employees of Cost Plus World Market (“Sponsor”), Haley Miranda Group, Inc. (“Administrator” or “Judges”), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

TAXES AND EXPENSES: Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all other fees and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including any transportation (excluding the potential limousine service), hotel accommodations, meals, luggage fees, gratuities and souvenirs, are winner’s sole responsibility.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Releasees are not responsible for: (i) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Promotion; (ii) late, lost, stolen, undelivered, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, illegible or incomplete entries or lost or stolen entry boxes, or for any printing, typographical, human or other error relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the cancellation or postponement of any game, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Promotion-related materials (including these Official Rules); or (iii) any injury or damage to persons or property, which injury or damage may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or prize activity, including travel or travel-related activities. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion (or any portion thereof) if technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration or proper play of the Promotion (or portion thereof), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize(s) for the drawing(s) at issue in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the applicable drawing(s) up to the time of the impairment.
