Participation in the Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who have reached the age of majority by the Sweepstakes Start Date.

The Sweepstakes begins and ends as follows: 12:01 a.m. ET on July 20, 2007 (the "Start Date") and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 19, 2007 (the "End Date").

Only one entry per person and per email address regardless of method of entry.

Prize: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be drawn randomly from the pool of eligible entries. The Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) $500.00 Gymboree Gift Card.
