The Vera Wang Princess “The Princessities” Sweepstakes (“Promotion” or “Sweepstakes”) begins at 5:00 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on 7/16/07 and ends at 4:59 pm ET on 8/31/07.

PRIZES/ODDS: On or about 9/14/07 a random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization from among all eligible entries received to award the following prizes:

1 Grand Prize: one Vera Wang Lavender Label Dress (size, style and color to be determined by Sponsor), one pair of Vera Wang sunglasses, one custom Vera Wang Princess iPod (80 GB), and one 1.7 oz. bottle of Vera Wang Princess eau de toilette with diamond necklace charm. The total combined approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $1,400.

2 First Prizes: one prize package consisting of: one pair of Vera Wang sunglasses, one custom Vera Wang Princess iPod (80 GB), one 1.7 oz. bottle of Vera Wang Princess eau de toilette, one Vera Wang Princess Perfect Pair (eau de toilette rollerball on one end, lip gloss on the other), and one Vera Wang Princess camisole. All sizes, styles and colors of all prize components are to be determined by Sponsor. Total ARV $587 each.

Sweet Treat:
4 Second Prizes: one prize package consisting of: one pair of Vera Wang sunglasses, one 1.7 oz. bottle of Vera Wang Princess eau de toilette, one Vera Wang Princess Perfect Pair (eau de toilette rollerball on one end, lip gloss on the other), and one Vera Wang Princess camisole. All sizes, styles and colors of all prize components are to be determined by Sponsor. Total ARV $387 each.

Regal Pair:
15 Third Prizes: one iTunes gift card in the amount of $25, and one Vera Wang Princess Satiny Body Lotion. iTunes gift cards are subject to terms and conditions stated on card and otherwise required by the issuer. ARV $57 each.
