32 finalists will be selected by judges on the basis of Creativity/Originality (30%), Humorous Nature of Submission (30%), Fit with Contest Theme (30%), and Public Appeal (10%).

The winner will be chosen from among the finalists on the basis of public vote. The People's Choice winner will also be chosen by public vote.
