PRIZES. A total of 60 prizes (“Prize(s)”) will be awarded to 60 prize winners (“Prize Winner(s)”) at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period in five (5) categories as follows: (a) One (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) in the form of a 2014 Toyota® Tundra pick-up truck and an on-site “Meet & Greet” visit for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest to the production set of A & E’s Duck Dynasty television show in West Monroe, Louisiana (Meet & Greet visit to include: round trip coach airfare from the closest major airport to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence; airport transfers; hotel accommodations for two nights; and meals). (Grand Prize approximate retail value (“ARV”) $48,000). (b) Two (2) First Place Prizes (“First Place Prize(s)”) will be awarded to two First Place Winners (“First Place Winner(s)”) each in the form of a Kawasaki TERYX4 Side-by-Side 750 4X4 EPS Camo vehicle (each with an ARV of $ 15,299). (c) Four (4) Second Place Prizes (“Second Place Prize(s)”) will be awarded to 4 Second Place Winners (“Second Place Winners”) each in the form Vortex 10x42 Viper Hi Definition Binoculars (each with an ARV of $700). (d) Three (3) Third Place Prizes (“Third Place Prize(s)”) will be awarded to 3 Third Place Winners (“Third Place Winners”) each in the form of a Hoyt Carbon Element G3 Compound bow (each with an ARV of $1,499). (e). Fifty (50) Fourth Place Prizes (“Fourth Place Prize(s)”) will be awarded to 50 Fourth Place Winners (“Fourth Place Winners”) each in the form of a one(1) year subscription to North American Hunter magazine or North American Fisherman magazine (each with an ARV of $13).
