Without a Purchase (Online Code Request):
The Online Code request is only available between 12:00 AM (midnight) ET on October 29, 2013 and
11:59:59 PM ET on November 10, 2013, an eligible consumer can obtain one (1) entry code (“Online
Code”). No more than one (1) Online Code may be obtained through this method. To obtain a code
without a purchase before October 29, 2013, you must make the request via mail. Legibly hand write
your full name (no initials), complete street address, age, and valid e-mail address on a 3?” x 5” properly
stamped postcard and mail it to: Taco Bell and PlayStation Play The Future First Instant Win Game Code
Request, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. Requests sent in an envelope will not be
accepted. Mail-in requests must be postmarked by October 28, 2013, and received by November 4,
2013. Administrator will send one (1) Code by e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the request. No
more than thirty-three (33) Codes may be obtained through this method of Code request. Mail-in
requests will not be returned and no further correspondence will be entered into. Mail-in requests must
