(1) Grand Prize: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Chicago, IL to attend one day of the 2015 NFL Draft. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence in the U.S. to Chicago, one (1) standard hotel accommodation (one (1) room, double occupancy) for two (2) nights and two (2) tickets to one day of the 2015 NFL Draft. ARV of Grand Prize = $5,000.

(6) First Prizes: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Indianapolis, Indiana from February 20, 2015 – February 22, 2015 for the opportunity to participate in select football drills currently scheduled to take place on February 20, 2015 during the Combine. Trip includes all of the following a) round trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence in the U.S. to Indiana; b) one (1) standard hotel accommodation (one (1) room, double occupancy) for two (2) nights; c) round trip ground transportation (on Friday, February 20, 2015 and Saturday, February 21, 2015) to and from the stadium where the Combine is held; d) access to watch the Combine on Saturday, February 21, 2015 from a suite in the stadium; e) a behind the scenes tour of Lucas Oil Stadium for winner and guest; f) the opportunity for winner only to participate in the following select drills: a forty (40)-yard dash, vertical jump, broad jump and various positional football drills during the Combine on Friday, February 20, 2015; and g) a dinner for winner and guest with a current and/or former NFL player.
