This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the Atlanta GA, Birmingham AL, Boston MA, Charleston SC, Chicago IL, Cincinnati OH, Columbia SC, Dallas TX, Denver CO, Detroit MI, Greenville SC, Harrisburg PA, Hartford CT, Indianapolis IN, Kansas City MO, Milwaukee WI, Myrtle Beach SC, New York NY, Philadelphia PA, Portland OR, Salt Lake City UT, Seattle WA, St. Louis MO Marketing Regions (“Marketing Region”).

3. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: A total of twenty-five (25) Prizes will be awarded. Twenty-three (23) Local Market Prize Winners will be awarded in each of the participating Market Regions as outlined in the attached exhibit A and Two (2) Grand Prizes for all entries in each participating Marketing Regions as outlined in Exhibit A as follows:

A. 23 LOCAL MARKET PRIZES:
A Backyard Entertainment Package – One (1) winner from each of the Twenty-three (23) participating Marketing Regions will receive a backyard entertainment package consisting of patio furniture, a grill and an outdoor home theater system…exact model(s) to be determined solely by sponsor.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each local market prize is approximately $5,000. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner may be required to complete and have notarized an Affidavit of Eligibility along with a Liability Release or a similar document (i.e. Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). There is a cash option of $3,500 in place of the prize.

B. TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES:
Two (2) winners will be selected from amongst all of the participating Marketing Regions as outlined in Exhibit A to win the following trip:
TRIP FOR TWO – You are now “Free to Enjoy the Outdoors, Smell the Flowers and Feel the Spray of the Ocean” with Flonase Allergy Relief in Hawaii!
Trip includes round trip coach airfare for four from an airport near winner’s home (determined by sponsor in its sole discretion) including 7 nights in a top Hotel, $1,000 spending money and transfers to and from airport (determined by sponsor and the dates selected by the winner).
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each trip is approximately $8,500
