1. a) The Contest has only one (1) prize which will be awarded to one (1) winner (the “Prize”).

The Prize includes:

• Two (2) roundtrip coach, air travel vouchers from any commercial airport located in the continental U.S. and Hawaii, where Alaska Airlines operates to PDX, Portland, Oregon/any other commercial airport located in the continental U.S. and Hawaii, for use by the winner and his or her travel guest;
• Three (3) nights accommodations in one standard double occupancy room at Provenance Hotels, Portland, Oregon to use Thursday, Sept. 15th through Sunday, Sept. 18th in Portland, OR
• Williams-Sonoma: $1,000 shopping spree and two (2) tickets to Williams-Sonoma’s exclusive Welcome Party on Wednesday, Sept. 14th from 6pm-9pm in Portland, OR
• Travel Oregon: Two (2) pedal tours through historic downtown Portland, OR
