One (1) Grand Prize winner will win their choice of $5,000.00 USD or a travel package to The Salamander Resort and Spa in Middleburg, VA that includes the following.
a) Round-trip coach class air transportation, from a major airport near the winner’s residence, for two (2) people and up to two (2) pets (the winner and one (1) additional individual and breed and size of pet(s) designated in writing by winner) to The Salamander Resort and Spa in Middleburg, VA. All travel must begin/end with the same major airport. Airline selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sweepstakes winner and additional individual must provide all documents required for air travel and entrance into the United States. Stopovers, open jaws, circle trips or frequent traveler mileages are not permitted. Once passengers are ticketed, an airline change fee must be paid by the winner to change flights or dates of travel. Additional costs including, but not limited to, seat assignments, baggage fees, etc. are determined by selected airline and will be the responsibility of the prizewinner.
b) Ground transportation to and from Dulles International Airport for winner, companion and pet(s) to The Salamander Resort and Spa in Middleburg, VA.
c) One (1) dog friendly room (double occupancy, two queen beds or one king bed) for three (3) consecutive nights at The Salamander Resort and Spa in Middleburg, VA. Based on availability at time of booking (room and tax only). Winner must comply with The Salamander Resort and Spa Dog Agreement which can be found athttp://www.salamanderresort.com/pdf/...nt_10.2013.pdf
d) Dog sitting services for up to ten hours at The Salamander Resort and Spa in Middleburg, VA. Based on availability at time of booking.
e) One gift basket for pet(s) valued at $150.00.
f) A $500.00 resort credit.
g) $500 cash to winner
Entire trip must be completed within one (1) year of signed and dated Affidavit of Eligibility by winner or prize will be forfeited. All reservations are based on availability, and must be booked at least 30 days in advance of travel date. Approximate retail value (ARV) of prize is $5,000.00 USD.
