TWO (2) X-BOX & GAMESTOP PRIZE WINNERS will receive a prize package consisting of: Xbox One S console (console model, design, details, and all other aspects of the console are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor), 12-Month Xbox Live Membership (awarded as an electronic code; subject to terms and conditions of code issuer), one or more GameStop gift cards totaling $500, one copy of Call of Duty Infinite Warfare Legacy Pro Edition and $400 in ShopRite® Gift Cards. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each X-Box & GameStop Prize is $1,500.00 USD. Actual value may vary. Any stated difference between the approximate value and actual value of X-Box & GameStop Prize or any substituted prize will not be awarded.
ONE (1) BARILLA PRIZE WINNER will receive a prize package consisting of: 2 consecutive nights accommodations for winner and up to three guests at Sponsor's choice of hotel located in New York, New York (single room, up to quadruple occupancy) occuring between January 2, 2017 and August 31, 2017 (subject to certain restrictions and blackout dates), $3,000 in cash (awarded in the form of a check) to purchase transportation and/or pay for personal expenses at sole discretion of winner and $500 in ShopRite® Gift Cards. The ARV of the Barilla Prize is $5,000.00 USD. All expenses, travel, and other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated in the package description above as being provided are the sole responsibility of winner. FOUR (4) COCA-COLA PRIZE WINNERS: The Coca-Cola Prize winners will each receive a prize package consisting of: roundtrip train transportation (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for winner and three guests between the winner’s home and New York City (“NYC”); 4 tickets to attend the Radio City Christmas Spectacular® performance at Radio City Music Hall on DATE at TIME (the "Show"); 4 Show programs; 4 tickets to the Radio City Stage Door Tour®; 4 passes to a Gray Line bus tour of NYC; a $100 Radio City Sweets & Gifts gift certificate; 4 soda and popcorn vouchers; a $300 gift card for dinner at The Capital Grille®; a commemorative photo at Radio City; and a $250 prepaid gift card that may be used to cover other expenses. Certain portions of the prize package may be awarded as vouchers, gift cards, or gift certificates. Terms and conditions of tickets, gift certificates, and gift cards apply and shall be printed thereon. Prizes are subject to availability. Seating and date are determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. If winner cannot attend the Show on the date specified by Sponsor, he or she forfeits the prize package. By accepting the prize, winner and guests agree to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided on the tickets, gift cards, or gift certificates. Sponsor reserves the right to provide air or other ground transportation in lieu of train transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Actual retail value of prize package shall be based on fluctuations of actual ground, air or rail costs and the distance between departure city and destination. Transportation carrier, regardless of type, shall be determined by Sponsor. Prizes are awarded as is. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use Show tickets or any other prize element on the specified date. The Sponsor is not responsible if the Show or any scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed. ONE (1) PEPSICO GRAND PRIZE WINNER: The Grand Prize winner will receive five (5) consecutive night rental accommodations in a 3-bedroom condo or loft (depending upon availability) at Camelback Lodge (subject to certain restrictions and blackout dates – Advance Reservation is required), $4,000.00 in Camelback Lodge resort amenity credit, a $500 delivery of groceries from ShopRite from Home and $500.00 in cash (awarded in the form of a check). Groceries will be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of PepsiCo Grand Prize is $9,000.00.
