You got it right--it's a one time entry. Here are the rules:

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age (19 if a resident of AL or NE).

Entry Dates: Begins at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time on 4/19/10 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on 6/30/10.

How to enter: Visit www.infusium23spa.com and submit and complete an online entry form. The numbers from any Infusium 23 product UPC must be included in your online entry form. UPC bar code numbers may be copied from Infusium 23 products at participating retail stores and online retail sites that sell Infusium 23.

Entry Limit: One entry per person/household/email address.

Prizes:

(1) Grand Prize: Spa Getaway Weekend for 2, consisting of a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to The Green Valley Spa Resort in St. George, Utah for three (3) days / two (2) nights. Prize includes: round-trip, coach class air transportation for winner and guest from a major airport near the winner??™s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Spa selected by Sponsor; transportation to and from airport in destination city only; two (2) nights of spa accommodations consisting of one (1) double occupancy room; and $500 for spa services. Approximate Retail Value (???ARV???): $2,025.

(23) First Prizes: An Infusium 23 Spa gift assortment. ARV: $75 each.

(50) Second Prizes: A $25 gift card to for any spa or salon service. ARV: $25 each.
