Yes, I have actually purchased these for myself (a grownup). My doctor told me to eat yogurt every day and these are just the perfect shot-size. The banana and the strawberry taste just like they are called and are drinkable-liquid; I always try to get the less sugar ones. Requested my coupons ... thanks !
