was not asked for my name or address. Just how will P&G know
who and where to send the $20.00 coupon?

It asked for my email but that was it, maybe a confirmation email to get my address will come?

This is why you did not receive an answer after you filled out the form: the Fine Print states if you have recvd. a P&G coupon book in the last 90 days, you are ineligible for one & your order will not go through. I tried last week, did the reading & that's what stuck out. So, mark your calendars for the next 90 days after you recvd. a booklet.
