One (1) Grand Prize – A 5-day/4-night trip for winner and one guest to Phoenix, AZ to attend Super Bowl XLIX in Glendale, AZ on 2/1/2015. Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, 4-nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy), a pair of tickets to the game, transportation to and from the airport/hotel and $1,000 spending money awarded in the form of a VISA prepaid card. If the Grand Prize winner lives within a 250-mile radius of Phoenix, AZ (in Sponsor’s sole discretion), winner will receive a $500 travel stipend in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided. Also included in the Grand Prize is a Madden game room that consists of the following: Two (2) XZipit Video Game Rockers, $1,200 awarded in the form of a VISA prepaid card to be used for an HDTV, one (1) Xbox One console by Microsoft, one (1) Madden NFL 15 game for Xbox One, and Sponsor specified licensed autographed NFL memorabilia. The ARV of the complete Grand Prize is $11,960.
