Event: The Event is currently scheduled to take place on June 10, 2015 in Nashville, TN but such date and location is subject to change at VMN’s sole discretion. VMN will pay the expenses associated with the Winner’s trip to Nashville, TN where the Winner may be filmed, photographed and interviewed by VMN. These filmings, photographs and interview may be shown on-air on CMT and posted to CMT.com, dentastix.com and various social networking websites including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.


The trip for the Winner, his or her guest (“Guest”), and dog will include:


Round trip coach class air transportation for the Winner, Guest, and dog, which shall originate from an airport of VMN’s choice nearest the Winner’s residence. VMN reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Winner resides within 150 miles of Nashville, TN;
Round trip ground transportation between Nashville airport, and a Nashville hotel;
Three (3) nights hotel accommodation for the Winner, Guest, and dog in Nashville, TN which shall be one (1) room, based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls and other incidentals and costs are not included);
Two (2) tickets to attend the 2015 CMT Music Awards in Nashville, TN on June 10, 2015;
Red carpet experience with dog at the 2015 CMT Music Awards;
One TBD length doggy playdate/extended meet & greet with TBD celebrity talent (pending artist approval)
An opportunity to receive a dog-friendly spa/beauty treatment to assist in getting winner and dog ready for the red carpet experience (TBD services)
CMTMA welcome basket
