Grand Prize (1) One (1) Grand Prize is available. Grand Prize consists of one (1) multi-day cruise to a destination as selected by the Winner and not exceeding the maximum prize value of $5,000 (the “Trip”). It is currently contemplated that the Trip will consist of the following, however, the actual Trip elements may vary based on the specifics of the actual cruise selected by the Winner and the residence of the Winner: (a.) Round-trip coach class airfare for Winner and one (1) travel companion (“Guest”) from a gateway airport near the Winner’s permanent residence to an airport in close proximity to the cruise port (if Winner lives within a 200 mile radius of the cruise port, the Sweepstakes Entities may substitute airfare by providing an upgraded stateroom, on-board credit or similar spending allowance); (b.) Ground transfers between the airport and the cruise port, if applicable; (c.) One (1) double-occupancy stateroom for the duration of the Trip; and (d.) Spending money equal to the difference between the actual costs for airfare, ground transfers and stateroom up to the maximum prize value, if applicable. Maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $5,000
