The video must exceed 1,000 views before you submit the form below to receive a shirt.
If your video exceeds 5,000 views, you can select the NEW! Black version.
Video duration must be at least 2 minutes.

– Only the first 100 people to 1,000 views will receive a shirt — So upload soon!
– No limit per person (submit multiple videos to win multiple T-Shirts).
