I'm sorry, but sometimes, if you don't laugh about it, you cry. Laughter IS the best medicine. I guess I'd better not repeat some of the things my mother-in-law, a breast cancer survivor, has said. You'd be doubly incensed.

Many of us here have med issues (I just recently went thru another surgery that didn't go smoothly) & as Dolores said,if I didn't keep on keepin on,I would be depressed...
My Walgreens here in Utah just raised the most $ in the state for Breast Cancer research & the woman that presented us w/ our plaque was wearing the shirt-herself a Breast Cancer survivor.
Once again,I'm sorry,but if I lose my sense of humor,I'd be lost...

Congrats on you're Walgreen's store raising the most $ in the state of Utah, that is great news! Some people do struggle to see the humor in anything of a serious nature.
I have to agree with you though about keeping your sense of humor when dealing with medical and or life struggles. I know that I wouldn't have made it this far without being able to see the light side of things or being able to laugh at myself.
