One (1) winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to New York, NY. The
grand prize will consist of: (i) round trip coach air transportation to/from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s
home within the continental United States and New York, NY (or ground transportation if within a 150-mile radius of New
York, NY); (ii) standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choice (single room, double occupancy, room and tax only);
(iii) two (2) tickets to the Museum of Modern Art; (iv) two (2) one-day passes to Chelsea Piers; (v) two (2) tickets to the offBroadway
play “Fuerza Bruta”; (vi) gift cards in amounts to be determined by Sponsor to the restaurants Monkey Bar and
Cherry Izakaya; (vii) a metro card in an amount to be determined by Sponsor; and (viii) ground transportation to/from the
winner’s home, all airports and the hotel. The grand prize does not include any other transportation, gratuities, taxes,
phone charges, and/or other incidentals (including, without limitation, mini-bar) not specifically stated herein. Total
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the grand prize is $3,710.00
