1 ENTRY PERIOD 1 GRAND PRIZE: A 5X8' Domino's night light that was created as a prop for a national television commercial. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000. Please read Declaration carefully regarding this prize, its weight and potential danger.
1 ENTRY PERIOD 2 GRAND PRIZE: An exclusive Domino’s branded pinball machine. ARV: $5,000.
6 FIRST PRIZES (three (3) awarded for Entry Period 1 and three (3) awarded for Entry Period 2): Pizza for a Year awarded as five (5) $100 Domino’s gift cards. ARV: $500 each.
2 SECOND PRIZES (one (1) awarded for Entry Period 1 and one (1) awarded for Entry Period 2): Limitededition 3D-printed DXP®. ARV: $1,000 each.

2 THIRD PRIZES (one (1) awarded for Entry Period 1 and one (1) awarded for Entry Period 2): A custom 2X3' Domino's branded neon sign. ARV: $1,200 each.

12 FOURTH PRIZES (six (6) awarded for Entry Period 1 and six (6) awarded for Entry Period 2): Pizza Party Experience, fulfilled as one (1) wooden box with the following contents included: a $100 Domino’s gift card, a banner, a pack of streamers, a pack of balloons, a pizza cutter, a pack of party hats, and a pack of stickers). ARV: $100 each.

4 FIFTH PRIZES (two (2) awarded for Entry Period 1 and two (2) awarded for Entry Period 2): A Noid gift box, contents will vary and will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, but may include a Noid drinking glass, a Noid deck of cards, a Noid figurine, and a Noid toy car. ARV: $100 each.

100 SIXTH PRIZES (fifty (50) awarded for Entry Period 1 and fifty (50) awarded for Entry Period 2): A
Domino’s Trucker hat. ARV: $15 each.

5,000 SEVENTH PRIZES (two thousand five hundred (2,500) awarded for Entry Period 1 and two thousand five hundred (2,500) awarded for Entry Period 2): A Domino’s gift card redeemable for a large three-topping pizza at participating Domino's locations. ARV: $10 each.
