Four (4) Random Winners – One (1) winner per week for four (4) weeks will receive a Life Itself Chocolate Bar Set, total retail value of $25.95. Chocolate bar flavors will be selected at the discretion of Chuao Chocolatier. Prizes must be claimed within five (5) days of notification and will be shipped within five (5) business days of date claimed. Weekly chocolate winners will be selected and notified on September 7, September 14, September 21and September 28.

(1) Grand Prize – The grand prize consists of:

• Airfare: Roundtrip coach flights for winner and up to one (1) guest from the winner’s nearest major US airport within the US50 (states) to Madrid, Spain. Including one item of carry-on luggage & one item of checked luggage (max 50lbs) per person. Airfare maximum value of $1000 per person inclusive of all taxes.

• Food: ?200/ approx. $280 towards food, drinks, tips, local taxes, travel & spending money. Including secure international bank transfer.
  Ground Transfers: ?200/ approx. $280 towards car hire, fuel, tolls & parking.
  Winner Prize Management: A dedicated in-house prize coordinator. Winner contact within 3 working days of receiving their details. Delivery of final documents to winner by email. Access to an out-of-hours phone number staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  (1) Year supply of chocolate from Chuao Chocolatier up to a retail value of $600 in the form of a gift card. Prizes must be claimed within 5 days and will be shipped within 5 business days of date claimed. Winner will be announced on or about October 8, 2018.
