What's on the Menu Today?

Yesterday I made thick cut seasoned pork chops, fresh pineapple chunks, celery, and red potatoes in the oven


Today I made seasoned chicken thighs with fresh pineapple chunks and celery with a lettuce salad with western dressing

today I made Cheesy Ranch Hamburger helper, Saucy Spoon Bourbon and Jalepeno baked beans and fresh pineapple for dessert

I made Italian meatballs and spaghetti

My daughter, Niki, took me out for lunch today. We had a Blueberry Hill Pizza and a HUGE soft pretzel with cheese and honey mustard for dipping sauce. Both definitely sharable sized

Today I am making a turkey breast and turkey legs that I found in the chest freezer. I did not season them because we know Don does not eat leftovers (anymore for some reason) and this way I can share with the chickens and freeze some up.

I am also making a bag of corn that I froze up last year. Probably making potato pearls Idahoan instant style potatoes but only better).

Yesterday I made leftover taco meat that was in freezer. I cut up Roma tomatoes, chopped onions, and lettuce. I had mine on soft shell tortillas. I also added salsa, sour cream, and home made Guac. Don made his in a bowl without the Guac or sour cream or tortilla

Yesterday I made cheeseburgers and I finished off the Bourbon and Jalapeno Baked Beans. Don only ate half a cheeseburger. Once again he "did not want to kill a good drunk"

Thought I pulled out Chicken Leg quarters but it ended up being the other turkey breast. Made stuffing and opened up a can of mushroom soup. I also took the leftover mashed potatoes and ate them. When I cot home from work I had some corn tortilla chips with my home made Guac. Ran out of chips and used some Wheat Summer Cheddar Sun chips

I made Spoon Pepper Roast with potatoes, onions, and celery.

I told Don that it was left overs or Tombstone Supreme pizza. He claims he did not eat. 2 pieces of pizza was missing. But like he says about drinking beer, "There's a pork chop in every can". Yes, he drank an excessive amount again.
