Entries will be judged to select 13 finalists on the basis of Taste (33%), Creativity (33%), and Consumer Appeal (34%), with the Consumer Appeal rating breaking any ties. The grand-prize winner will be chosen from among the finalists by a public vote. Entrants are not allowed to offer prizes or other inducements to encourage people to vote for them.
