If you or someone you know deserves the title of American Worker of the Year, nominate them into Dickies' American Worker of the Year Contest and they could win a grand prize of $100,000 or one of 6 regional prizes of $5,000.

Additional Comments:
To enter, nominate yourself or someone you know personally as The Dickies American Worker of the Year. You'll be asked to answer the question, what does hard work mean to the nominee and to give an example of how the nominee exemplifies the American Worker. Essays must be 500 words or less.
6 finalists, one for each region, will be chosen on the basis of How well the Nominee represents the value of Honesty (25%), how well the Nominee represents the value of Hard Work (25%), and how well the Nominee represents the American Worker (50%).
The grand-prize winner will be chosen from among the finalists on the basis of how well the Nominee represents the value of Honesty (15%), how well the Nominee represents the value of Hard Work (15%), how well the Nominee represents the value of Representation of the American Worker (30%), and Personality and Character (based on Interview) (40%)
Regions are divided based on where the nominee live as follows:
Region 1: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington DC.
Region 2: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia
Region 3: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia
Region 4: Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin
Region 5: Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming
Region 6: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, and Utah
