Online: Visit, oldfashionedweek.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form to receive 1 entry into the applicable entry period. Entrant must provide name, email address, zip, and date of birth to receive 1 entry into the applicable entry period.
Mail-in Entry: On a plain 3” x 5” card, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, home phone number (including area code) and email address and mail your completed 3” x 5” card to: 2021 Elijah Craig Old Fashioned Week Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 6624, Louisville, KY 40207.
Random Drawing & Winner Notification
Within 9 days after the end of each Entry Period, potential winners will be selected in a random drawing and will be contacted by Instagram direct message and/or via email.
