Hello Americans, it's time to show your invisible capes to the world, and get your Labor Day Union Plus credits! Let the nation know you deserve the salute for your dutiful service to your country. To give you the honor of your helping hand to the nation, The Unions Power America Labor Day Contest is a whacking opportunity to be nominated for the Union Plus' hero. Participate in this essay contest, to nominate yourself, social workers, or anyone you know, who deserves to win cash prizes, as a token of love for the country. The cash prize would be your extra savings to execute, either your dream vacation or any other travel plans, may serve as financial aid, buy you an education scholarship, pay off your mortgages, or home loans, etc. Labor Day 2022, will become your lucky encounter with the Unions Plus free cash credits!

Limit: This Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. There is a limit of 1 entry per person.

How to Enter Union Plus Labor Day Contest
Eligible entrants must visit unionplus.org/laborday. On the website, entrants will be asked to complete the Contest registration form requesting the Entrant’s and their nominee’s full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, union relationship, union acronym, union local, etc. In addition, Entrants will be asked to provide a written (300-500 word) response explaining how they are helping America move forward, in their workplace and/or in their communities. By completing the Contest registration form and providing a written response, an Entrant will receive 1 Contest entry.

Unions Power America Labor Day Contest Winner Selection
During the Judging Period, each entry will be reviewed by a qualified judge or panel of judges, based on the clear relationship between the submission and the following criteria:

75% Content – We think stories of working families are important. That’s why we’ll pay the most attention to your written story of how you or your nominee is helping America move forward, in their workplace and/or community.
15% Creativity –We encourage you to share the unexpected and to be unique, heartwarming, or fun with your story! Don’t be afraid to show your union pride!
10% Clarity – Writing should be clear and concise and easy to read.
A total of 28 potential Prize Winners (1 Grand Prize, 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, 25 Third Prizes) will be selected based on the judges’ scoring/ranking according to the criteria mentioned above.
