HOW TO PLAY THE GAME: The Dallas Morning News "How 'Bout Them Cowboys" Biggest Fan Instant Win Game ("Promotion") starts on or about 9/4/2007 at 12:00:00 AM (CT) and ends on 10/31/2007 at 11:59:59 PM (CT) ("Promotion Period"). To play the daily instant win game, go to www.dallasnewsfan.com/play (http://www.dallasnewsfan.com/play) to register, then follow the instructions to play the game. Registration is free. If you receive a winning message, you are the winner of the prize specified, subject to verification. To confirm your eligibility and claim a prize, follow the on-screen instructions. All game plays must be completed by 10/31/2007 at 11:59:59 PM (CT). Limit one game play per person per day. The Dallas Morning News ("Sponsor") is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. In the event of a dispute, any Internet entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any entrant who attempts to play with multiple e-mail addresses or under multiple identities, will be disqualified from participation in the Promotion. All prize claims subject to verification. Any submitted materials submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Any Official Game Piece that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, forged, cut, torn, contains printing, typographical or other errors, distributed where prohibited by law or not obtained legitimately will be null and void. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

INTERNET: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof.
