Has anyone received the CD yet?

I have emailed a few times and have not gotten any response from them. I so hope this arrives before Christmas. It's a gift to myself :D :D ;) ;)

I was wondering if anyone had gotten either the shirt or the CD yet. I signed up for both and a couple of friends did too and nobody's gotten anything yet.
