To enter, submit a recipe that features one or more Cacique products. The sponsor recommends authentic Mexican and Latin inspired dishes, but you can also submit other types of recipes. You can also submit a photo or video to accompany your recipe.
Four finalists will be selected on the basis of effective use of Cacique products as a main ingredient (35%), taste (35%), recipe creativity (15%), dish presentation (10%), and public voting (5%).
The four finalists will receive a trip to New York City to compete in a televised cook-off. At the cook-off, the finalist recipes will be judged on the basis of effective use of Cacique products as a main ingredient (35%), taste (35%), recipe creativity (20%), and (d) dish presentation (10%).
