The country is divided into six regions, and a finalist will be chosen for each region. Two semi-finalists per region will be chosen on the basis of creativity (33.3%), originality (33.3%), and appropriateness to theme (33.3%). A public vote result will be added to the judging results to determine the finalist from each region, on the basis of 25% vote and 75% judging score. The winner will be chosen from among the six finalists on the basis of team spirit (33.3%), originality of food and/or drink recipes (33.3%), and humor (33.3%).
