To enter, submit a photo of your child in a home-made costume (or a costume that has a home-made element). The photo must fit one of the following categories: Funny Goblins, Spooky Spirits, or Creative Creatures. You must also include a photo caption of 1,050 characters or less.
Judges will select a grand-prize winner on the basis of creativity (70%) and likely appeal to other kids (30%). The Voter's Choice Prize winner will be determined by public vote.
