I found the following while browsing. I recognize a few of the these 'offers'. Wasn't sure where of if to post this.



Freebie Scam Sites - Partial List
This is a list of SCAM freebies perpetrated by the same individual/individuals doing business as:

Free Sample of Garnier Fructus Shampoo: Sleek & Shine 5 fl oz.
Free Godiva Truffles


"Keyeni Marketing" is another company/person putting SCAM
websites out there. And, theres a group that registers with
GODADDY out of Scottsdale, AZ, that never delivers.

I'm not sure what you are saying about 1&1. 1&1 is a hosting site. I have hosted both of my websites on there for years and they are awesome! Please let me know what the problem is!

The way I understood this was that there are numerous freebie scam sites. Some of these are using the three hosting sites listed above. It's the websites that are scams not the hosting sites. I posted it because I recognized several of these offers as ones from this and other forums. I hate wasting my time filling out forms only to receive spam!!

1 and 1 is not a freebie scam site they are actually a the web host. The information that you posted ( from a DNS trace ) is more than likely because the person running the site is using Private Registration furnished by 1 and 1. You may want to report the site to 1 and 1 and let them handle it their number is 877 206 4254. I have been using 1 and 1 for many years and they are a very reputable site and I recommend them to anyone looking to set up their own website. SCHLUND+PARTNER AG is their parent company.

You should post the actual name of the site.

Sorry, I tried to clear that up in my earlier reply. Guess my explaination wasn't clear enough; maybe yours will Postal Phil!

As I said, I posted the above links to freebie offers because they are ones that pop up here every now and then. I wanted to save people time and effort!
