To enter, write an essay of 150 words or less describing "why you or your Family Man is an everyday hero and the most deserving winner of this Contest. This can be in any way: through dedication, innovation, creativity or by serving as an inspiring example to others."
Entries will be judged by representatives from MTVN and BPG on the basis of how compelling the essay is (40%), how heartfelt the essay is (40%), and the actual need of the Entrant (20%).
