Prizes (2): A trip for two (2) to the 2011 Festival de Cannes in France. Trip consists of round-trip international business class air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner??™s home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights, three (3) all inclusive meals and beverages per day and an invitation for winner and guest to attend the red carpet gala and the Stella Artois after party. Dates for the trip are May 20, 2011 ??“ May 23, 2011. Winner and guest must be able to travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by sponsor or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. It is the winner??™s responsibility to comply with all travel requirements, which may included, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including passport or driver??™s license) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Sponsor is not liable for any missed prize events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary (as approved by Sponsor, in Sponsor??™s sole discretion) are solely the winner??™s responsibility. Ground transportation, meals, passport fees, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the responsibility of the winner. If winner cannot accept the prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. Approximate Retail Value (???ARV???): $10,000.00 each. Actual value depends on city, day and time of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Total ARV of all prizes: $20,000.00.
