Registered participants may enter the Contest by submitting a photo and description demonstrating how you enjoy On The Border Products consisting of the following three elements: [1] uploaded photo must contain On The Border?® Products and/or packaging; [2] uploaded photo must be of either you alone, you with family or friends, or your family; and [3] photo must meet Photo Submission requirements as outlined below (collectively, "Entry"). Entries will only be accepted during the Entry Period. Entries shall be submitted by clicking through the Contest link located on the "On The Border Products" Facebook fan page (located at http://www.facebook.com/OnTheBorderProducts) to the third-party application and following the instructions located there on submitting your Entry. Registered participants may submit more than one (1) ???Take Your Best Shot!??? photo submissions (each a ???Photo Submission???). If you choose to submit more than one (1) Photo Submission, each one must be unique and significantly different from the others, as determined solely by Sponsor. Prepare your Photo Submission clearly understanding it will be posted on a public website for public viewing.
Photo Submission requirements: <li type="disc">Your Photo Submission must be one of these file formats: .jpg, .gif, .bmp .tif or .png <li type="disc">Do not include images of any object, location or building with brand names or logos, other than the On The Border?® brand name or logo. (If your Photo Submission includes logos or branded images, Sponsor has the right to blur and/or edit to remove the infringing image(s), or to invalidate and remove your Photo Submission entirely.) <li type="disc">Your Photo Submission should be unedited; editing the photo using third party software may cause it to upload incorrectly or fail to upload entirely. <li type="disc">Your Photo Submission file must be no larger than 5 MB <li type="disc">Your Photo Submission: (a) must be totally original, not have been previously published or appear anywhere else and CANNOT contain any third party copyrighted or proprietary material (including but not limited to logos, corporate or business signs or artwork) or otherwise infringe on the intellectual, property or other rights of a third party; (b) must be suitable for general audiences (i.e., may not be obscene, indecent or offensive in any manner to any viewing audience, including but not limited to nudity, pornography, violent or profane depictions) and (c) must not depict or in any way violate either the spirit or letter of any law or regulation. <li type="disc">Your Photo Submission must not depict Sponsor or any Promotion Entity, negatively. <li type="disc">In Sponsor??™s sole opinion, Photo Submissions, which do not meet any of these requirements and/or which Sponsor deems negative, offensive or controversial will be disqualified and removed from public view.
