Submit your original recipe into Steve Harvey's Hillshire Farms Grill Your Way to the Hoodie Awards for your chance to see the awards show live in Las Vegas or six finalist prizes of grill prize packs.

Sweepstakes Prizes:
Grand Prize: A trip for 2 to Las Vegas, NV for the Hoodie Awards Show including a $400 gift card, airfare, 2 nights at the Four Seasons Hotel, tickets to the 2011 Hoodie Awards show, tickets to the Freedom Friday Party/expo, and tickets to the VIP afterparty. (ARV: $4,516)
Finalist Prizes (6): A 38 gal. cooler, a tabletop grill, an insulated picnic bag, a set of grilling utensils, and an apron. (ARV: $75)
Additional Comments:
To enter, submit an essay of 200 words or less describing how your Hillshire Farm smoked sausage recipe makes your family gatherings, along with your original recipe and a digital photo of one or several friends or family members enjoying your recipe.
The contest is divided into three entry periods:

2 finalists per entry period will be chosen on the basis of originality of recipe (40%), perception of taste (40%), and creativity/inspirational quality of essay and picture (20%).
