US (void in CA) who do not earn 75% or more of their income as food professionals, 21+

Sweepstakes Prizes:
Grand Prize; A $25,000 check. (ARV: $25,000)

To enter, submit your best recipe for a beef steak prepared on the grill, along with a Beringer Wine pairing. See rules for details about what the recipe can and cannot contain.
30 semi-finalists will be chosen on the basis of perceived taste (50%) and simplicity (50%).
10 finalists will be chosen from among the semi-finalists on the basis of Taste (25%), Wine Pairing (25%), and Simplicity (50%).
The 10 finalists will be required to compete in a live cook-off, where they'll prepare their dishes for the judges. The winners will be determined on the basis of Taste (25%), Wine Pairing (25%), Originality (25%), and Simplicity (25%).
