Sweepstakes/Giveaway where you??™ll be able to watch the ???Strange Talk ??“ Climbing Walls??? music video on YouTube to win one of over 19,000 great prizes, including various clothing items (tees, tanks, tops, beanies, boxers, flip flops, baseball caps, Ray Ban sunglasses, etc), an electric guitar, a bike, an iPod nano, one of 8,000 Cheer samples, and more!

*Head on over and watch the ???Dig It and Get It??? video on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/StrangeTalkMusic
*While watching the video, you will see a series of images in the video, each representing a prize that can be won in the Sweepstakes. New sets of prizes will be available and ???in play??? each day, while supplies last.
*Each image that is ???in play??? has a ???hotspot??? or clickable area. Click on the hotspot of the image of the item you would like to receive.
*Upon clicking on the hot spot of the image, you will be directed to the Sweepstakes Application.
*Prizes will be awarded to the first participants who click on them. If the item you clicked on is still available, when you have accessed the Application, you will be prompted to complete the registration form. Upon successful registration, you will receive notification that you will receive the prize that was depicted in the image. Limit one entry/prize claim per person per day.

Below are responses to some of the common questions we??™ve been hearing lately on our Facebook page. We hope this will help as you join in on the fun in digging and getting colorful stuff. Congrats to the many of you who have already won, and good luck to those who are just getting started!

THE VIDEO
Whenever I click on something, the video freezes but nothing else happens.
Look for colored boxes that appear around certain items in the video, and click on those. Those are the items we??™re giving away that day! If you click on a spot in the video that is not within a colored box, it will only pause the video. If you click on an item within a colored box, it should pause the video and open a new window where you can claim your prize. (note: if you??™re clicking inside a box and the new window isn??™t opening, check to see if your browser is blocking the pop-up windows)

I don??™t see any of the colored boxes you??™re talking about.
Colored prize boxes only appear once the giveway starts that day, and they will disappear soon after all the items are dug out. Try refreshing the YouTube page once the giveaway starts, and look closely because some of the boxes go by quickly! Also, a lot of people are joining in on the fun so stuff is going fast??¦once the colored boxes are all gone that means we??™re all out. (Tip: if everything is gone for the day, a message will appear about 0:14 into the video letting you know and telling you the day/time of our next giveaway!)

THE SWAG
Every day when I watch the video all of the items have already run out.
There are a lot of people joining in on the fun; the game is on! If you aren??™t finding a colored box in time, try showing up a little early next time, refreshing the video and then starting as soon as the giveaway begins. Remember that hints are posted on the Cheer FB page daily, so check it out and good luck!

How many items can I dig?
You can dig one item each day, so try to make sure you??™re getting your favorite one! Visit our Facebook everyday for hints about the next giveaway!



THE REGISTRATION PROCESS
I clicked on a prize but when I got to the next step the page wouldn??™t load correctly.
We agree that page load errors are the pits! Sorry if that was frustrating for you. Since so many people are ???digging stuff??? at the same time, there are occasional load errors either on our servers or on Facebook. Our genius programmers tell us this can happen when the app??™s servers cower in fear at the overwhelming number of people joining in on the fun. We??™ve increased our bandwidth capacity (by a lot!) to help with this and will be working to do everything we can to avoid this wherever possible. (Also, we??™ve heard from some people that refreshing their browser page a couple times has helped them get past the load issue.)

I got to the first prize page where you select size & color, but was never able to get to the next step where I enter my name and address. Did I actually win the item?
If you were not able to proceed to the next screen where you enter your contact info, then unfortunately your request did not successfully register. We can imagine that must be frustrating and have reprogrammed the app to make that more clear next time. Remember, we??™re giving away prizes almost every day for the rest of this month, so good luck next time!

I entered my personal information, but then there was an error loading the next page. Did I actually win the item?
If your mailing info made it to our ultra-secure servers, you won the item! After submitting your info, you should have received a ???Congrats??? message on the next page. However, if you didn??™t receive this message, that doesn??™t necessarily mean it didn??™t go through. If you had this issue and would like us to look into it for you, please email us at [email protected]; we??™ll research whether or not your request was processed and let you know what we find out!

I wasn??™t able to choose my size or shirt. What should I do?
If there isn??™t an option to choose a size or color, that means others have already won those items. However, you can go back to the video and dig another item if others are still up for grabs that day! Also, we??™ll keep posting hints about the other chances you??™ll have to ???dig and get??? colorful prizes through Aug 29th!

Should I have received a confirmation email confirming that I won the item?
No, we aren??™t sending out any boring, automatic confirmation emails. However, after submitting your info, you should have received a ???Congrats??? message on the next page telling you that you won and also mentioning the chance to win tickets to SXSW. If you didn??™t receive that message and want to see if we received your info, please email us at [email protected] and we??™ll confirm whether or not your request was processed. .



THE OTHER STUFF
Does it matter which browser I use?
The YouTube video and Facebook app has been tested and should work properly on all major browsers (eg Firefox, Safari, Chrome, & IE). If you??™re having difficulty and you think it might be the browser, check to make sure you have the latest version of that browser.

How long is this ???Dig It. Get It??? campaign going on?

Well, first thing is that it doesn't always start on time. Keep refreshing the video until it does NOT say "Come back...."(at :14) then watch for box shaped outlines. Click inside of them and it will open a page for you to claim your prize or it will say that it has already been dug up. There are usually 2 or 3 different ones, so if you don't get one, try for another. If you miss the box, back up the video a few seconds using the slide thingie at the bottom of the video.

I try to figure out what they are giving away from the clue they post on facebook, then I find it in the video and take a wild guess about being right or not! Yes, I skip ahead in the video! :)
