1 Grand Prize-Trip for winner and a guest (guest must be 21 or older) to a Train in the continental United States at a location to be determined by Sponsor, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's residence, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy), $500 expense allowance for ground transportation to and from concert/arrival airport and meals in the form of a debit card that winner may use at their discretion, and two (2) VIP backstage passes to greet and meet band. If Train does not preform in the continental United States by December 31, 2012 the prize will be award in the form of a check for the amount listed in the ARV. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $2,391.
