for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (???Chicago Hotel???) (Chicago Hotel to be determined by
Sponsor and TCFTV in their sole discretion); c) ground transportation to and from the Chicago
Airport and Chicago Hotel for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; and d) ground transportation to
and from the Chicago Hotel and the taping location of Walk On Role for Grand Prize Winner.
Chicago Trip must take place between October 10, 2011 and December 1, 2011 or Walk On
Role will be forfeited and the remaining elements of Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction
of TCFTV??™s and Sponsor??™s Grand Prize obligation to Grand Prize Winner and no additional
compensation will awarded. ERV of Grand Prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
