Each entrant must have the following items in their kitchen:
??? One (1) refrigerator/freezer ??“ minimum 19.7 cubic ft.
??? One (1) wall oven ??“ minimum ???24.
??? One (1) gas or electric cook top/range ??“ minimum ???30.
??? One (1) microwave oven ??“ min 1.0 cubic ft.
??? One (1) sink with hot and cold running water.
??? Winners also must have a location within their home to accommodate number of guests they wish to attend dinner as set forth in more detail below:
o Roberto Santizbanez Prize Pool- Winner must have minimum of 600 sq. ft. of entertaining space if winner invites maximum amount of guests (19).
o Illiana de la Vega Prize Pool- must have minimum of 600 sq. ft. of entertaining space if winner invite maximum amount of guests (19).
o Rick Bayless Prize Pool- must have minimum of 500 sq. ft. of entertaining space for a seated dinner for winner and 9 guests (max). If winner do not have table/chairs for 10 people then must have entertaining space to accommodate a table and chairs for ten.
