Entries will be judged on the basis of Scoop creation (Marketability and Manufacturability (40%), Taste and Visual Appeal (20%), and Creativity (10%)) and Scoop Name (Originality and Creativity (30%)) to choose 10 finalists and 10 runners-up.
The grand-prize winner will be chosen from among the 10 finalists on the basis of public vote.
