You have to wait until the Rafflecopter thing loads up. Then when you are looking at it there are lines that tell you what to do, like follow me on GFC, tell me what recipe you want to try, etc. When you do it. there is a little green box that says "I Did This!" Click that box ant then fill in your name and e-mail and click Enter Giveaway.
