Entries will be judged on the basis of creativity/originality (30%), emotional impact of submission and ability to inspire others (30%), suitability for promotional purposes (30%), and results of public voting (10%).
Kohl's will make the donations directly to the charities. The winner will not be responsible for taxes on the donations, nor will they receive tax incentives for them.
