Describe your experiences with Alzheimer's Disease in your family and you could win a $10,000 family reunion in Home Instead's I Will Remember for You Family Reunion Giveaway Contest.
Eligibility:
Residents of the US and Canada (void in Quebec) who have or have had a family member who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's or other dementias, 18+

Entry Frequency:
Unlimited entry per person.
Sweepstakes Prizes:
Grand Prize: A family reunion planned and coordinated by the sponsor. If the family member who has Alzheimer's Disease does not attend the reunion, home care will also be provided. (ARV: up to $10,400)
Additional Comments:
To enter, submit an essay or video that describes the role that memories and remembering have played in your family, especially in regards to the family member with Alzheimer's Disease, how Alzheimer's Disease has affected your life, why your family deserves to win a family reunion, and how you've coped with your family member's Alzheimer's Disease. See rules for additional details.
Three finalists will be selected by judges. The finalists will be asked to create another video, which will be judged by public vote to choose the winner.
