Entries will be judged on the basis of the inspiration of the food occasion in which Tabasco is being used, as shown in the photo (25%), the inspiration of the food occasion in which Tabasco is being used, as described in the essay (25%), the savoriness of the dish as described in the essay (25%), and the savoriness of the dish as depicted in the photo (25%).
