On Goodreads, you get to keep the books you receive through the giveaways right?

I'm not 100% sure because it says on the inside one of the books I received that the book is on "loan" to the reader and that the publishing company can "cancel the loan" anytime they want.

However on the other book I got, it doesn't say anything like that.

Any experiences of having to return the books? Or do you get to own in permanently?
