PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize per Participating Location (for a total of forty-four [44] Grand Prizes): Winner will receive a dinner party for himself/herself and up to 20 guests at the Participating Location indicated in each winner’s official entry form on a date and at a time to be determined by Sponsor, subject to availability. Winner must arrange for the dinner party with Sponsor at least two (2) weeks in advance and the dinner party must occur no later than October 2, 2012 or such Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
